James Beard Award finalist, Moshit Mizrachi-Gabbitas’ specialty is classic French pastries and excellent coffee. Our team was directed to integrate architecture, packaging, and pastries into a new patisserie that would fit equally well in Boise, Paris or Tel Aviv.
